無垢の真鍮を旋盤加工で削り出してつくったレリーズボタンSブラックの鎚目仕上げです。
職人に1つ1つ金鎚で鎚目を付けてもらい、光が当たった時に浮かび上がる模様がとても美しくなっています。
黒染め酸化処理を施した着色仕上げとなっているので、シャッターを切るほど黒の皮膜が薄れてきて、下地の真鍮が見えてきますが、鎚目の凹凸があるので指が触れるところと触れないところで変化の具合が異なり、より鎚目が浮き出てきます。
Sサイズはシャープな印象で、特にライカM型への収まりが良く、薄く作られているので、シャッターを切る感覚がより伝わります。
ボタン上面には緩やかに凹んだ曲面があるので、自然と指がそこに納まるようになっていて、側面にはローレット加工が施されているので、取り付けの際にネジが回しやすくなっています。
また、ボタンとカメラの間に取り付けるOリングが付属していますので、ネジが緩んでボタンが取れにくくなっています。
※機種によっては装着時にねじ込みにくい場合がございます。その場合は少し押し気味にねじ込んでください。それでも装着できない場合は、Oリングを取り外してご使用お願いいたします。
※見る角度によって、鎚目の見え具合は異なります。また、職人による手仕事のため1点1点鎚目付き具合が異なりますことご理解ください。
※黒染めは職人が1点1点手作業にて着色を施していますため、色ムラなどの個体差がございます。その旨ご理解いただければと思います。また仕上げの際のスリ跡が付いている場合がございますが、仕上げによるものですのでご理解ください。

This is a hammered brass release button (size S) in black, crafted from solid brass using a lathe.
Each button is individually hammered by a craftsman, resulting in a beautiful pattern that emerges when light hits it.
The black oxide finish means that the black coating will wear off with each use, revealing the underlying brass. However, the hammered texture creates variations in how the brass changes depending on where your finger touches it, making the hammered finish stand out even more.
The S size has a sharp appearance and fits particularly well on Leica M-type cameras. Its thin design enhances the tactile feel of pressing the shutter.
The top surface of the button has a gently curved indentation, allowing your finger to naturally rest there. The sides are knurled, making it easier to tighten the screw during installation.
An O-ring is included to secure the button between the button and the camera, preventing the screw from loosening and the button from falling off.
*Depending on the model, it may be difficult to screw it in. In that case, please screw it in with a little force. If it still cannot be attached, please remove the O-ring before use.
*The appearance of the hammered finish will vary depending on the viewing angle. Also, please understand that the hammered finish will differ from one item to another due to the handcrafted nature of the product.
*Since the black dyeing is done by hand by craftsmen, there will be individual differences such as uneven coloring. We appreciate your understanding. Also, there may be scratches from the finishing process, but please understand that this is a result of the finishing process.
