真鍮削り出してつくったホットシューカバーの黒染め・鎚目仕上げです。
職人に1つ1つ金鎚で鎚目を付けてもらい、光が当たった時に浮かび上がる模様がとても美しくなっています。
黒染め酸化処理を施した着色仕上げとなっているので、使い込んで角の皮膜が薄れてきますが、鎚目の凹凸があるのでより表情が浮き出てきます。
接点が剥き出しになっているカメラに取り付けて、ホコリや傷を防ぐことができ、金具とフラットに収まるようになっていますので、服に金具が引っかかることなくお使いいただけます。

Each piece is individually hammered by a craftsman, creating a beautiful pattern that emerges when light strikes the surface.
It features a colored finish achieved through a black oxide treatment; while the coating on the edges may wear thin with use, the uneven texture of the hammered finish allows the character of the piece to stand out even more.
